We are now looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to join our UK sales team and help drive sustainable growth across our portfolio of premium cycling and technical brands.This is a strategic sales role focused on developing national retail partnerships, delivering category growth and maximising both sell-in and sell-through performance across key accounts.

Whinlatter Bikes is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Shop Manager / Bike Mechanic to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about bikes, enjoys working with customers, and takes pride in delivering excellent mechanical work and service. You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the shop, combining workshop expertise with customer service and shop management.
As Shop Manager / Bike Mechanic, your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operation of the bike shop. Carrying out servicing, repairs, diagnostics and general bike maintenance. Providing knowledgeable and friendly advice to customers. Managing workshop bookings and ensuring repairs are completed to a high standard. Maintaining excellent standards of presentation and organisation throughout the shop and workshop. Managing stock and assisting with ordering where required. Supporting sales and helping customers choose the right bikes, parts and accessories. Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times. Helping to maintain a positive, professional and welcoming shop environment .About you
We’re looking for someone who has at least 3 years’ previous experience working in a bike shop. Ideally holds Cytech Level 3 or an equivalent qualification. Has strong practical bike mechanic skills and a thorough understanding of modern bicycles and Ebike technologies. Is confident dealing with customers and providing expert advice. Is organised, reliable and able to work independently . Has a genuine passion for bikes and the cycling industry. Takes pride in their work and has a strong eye for detail. Is comfortable taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of a busy shop.
The Workshop Mechanic role is much more than spinning spanners. The role is hands-on where no two days are the same. We are looking for a committed individual who can share their passion and knowledge with our customers, as well as supporting our thriving workshop. It goes without saying your number one priority will be to provide great service consistently.
We are looking for somebody who is Cytech (or equivalent) trained to Level 2 as a minimum along with demonstrable experience as a bicycle mechanic. Bicycle Preparation & Warehouse Assistant
Power2Cycle is one of the UK’s growing electric bike specialists, helping riders discover the benefits of e-bikes through expert advice, outstanding customer service and premium products from industry-leading brands. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a practical, reliable and enthusiastic Bicycle Preparation & Warehouse Assistant to join our expanding warehouse team in Harleston.
This is a varied, hands-on supporting role that will help our warehouse and technical teams prepare bicycles to a high standard and ensure customer orders are completed safely, accurately and on time. You do not need to be an experienced bicycle technician to apply. We are primarily looking for someone with the right attitude, a strong work ethic, good attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in a warehouse, workshop, mechanical or practical role would be beneficial, but full training can be provided.
As a Bicycle Preparation & Warehouse Assistant, you will support the wider warehouse team throughout the process of preparing bicycles for customer orders, showroom stock and nationwide delivery. This may involve picking bikes from their warehouse locations, carefully unboxing them and completing an initial partial build before passing them to a qualified technician.
