Sales of Wilier bikes in the UK have doubled year on year since the brand first appeared here four years ago, says a statement from ATB Sales, detailing that the two companies have signed long term agreement for ATB Sales to continue as the UK distributor for Wilier.
The first deal was struck between the 101-year-old Italian company and the Hastings-based firm back in September 2005.
Now a contract has been signed to take the partnership into the next decade.
Ross Patterson, ATB’s sakes and marketing director, said:
“We have worked hard over the past four years to ensure that the Wilier brand has become an exciting and integral part of the UK road bikes marketplace.
“The figures have seen us double our sales year on year and establish the brand as a real entity in the UK. We have now signed a rolling long term agreement with Wilier giving us a secure based on which we can build the future."
