Team Leader – Aftersales

This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing manager looking to build a career in both customer experience and the cycling industry. At Tredz, you’ll be leading a team that supports riders through some of the most important moments in their ownership journey. From warranty claims and repairs to damaged deliveries and technical product issues, the Aftersales Team is where customer loyalty is built and trust is earned.

If you’re passionate about cycling, this role offers something unique. Every day you’ll work alongside bike and product experts, support fellow riders, and collaborate with some of the biggest brands in cycling across thousands of products. You’ll gain experience in an industry you love while developing valuable leadership, operational and CX skills.

You’ll lead a team of specialists handling warranties, repairs, faults and delivery issues. You don’t need to be the technical expert. Your role is to create clarity, develop capability and build the confidence allowing the team to make fair, consistent and customer-focused decisions. We’re looking for someone who enjoys leading people, improving processes and using customer insight to drive change. This is more than managing a workload. It’s an opportunity to shape how Aftersales operates, influence customer outcomes and play a key role in the future customer experience at one of the UK’s leading online cycling retailers.

Warranty & Wheel Workshop Lead

This is a hands-on-role in the Warranty team at The Rider Firm and a first step into leadership. You will help run the day-to-day workflow of a small wheel building team, handle the administration behind warranty and returns and pick up the tools yourself to build wheels and cover the workshop when needed. Management of UK ‘Re:New’ wheel product is a key part of your role, managing the inventory, providing quality reconditioned wheels to our riders and helping to drive revenue. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of returns and allocating resource so KPIs are met. This role will put you in direct communication with the rider, to deliver a high standard of service excellence within the business and to our customers.

The Rider Firm is a direct-to-consumer business best known for Hunt Bike Wheels. From our headquarters in West Sussex, with operations in the USA and Germany, we design and sell high-performance, after-market bicycle wheels to riders around the world. We take an engineering-first approach, creating innovative products for passionate cyclists across road, gravel, mountain and adventure riding.

Brompton Mechanic / Salesperson

Brompton is one of the most iconic bicycle brands in London, and we’re looking for someone who knows the bikes, understands the riders, and can help us build something special around them at our Battersea store. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Brompton mechanic and salesperson who enjoys both the technical side of the work and the customer-facing side of retail. You’ll be helping customers choose the right Brompton, keeping their bikes running beautifully, advising on accessories and upgrades, and becoming a key part of our Battersea team.

We’re looking for someone with strong Brompton knowledge from both a workshop and sales perspective — someone confident in servicing, diagnosing and repairing Brompton bikes, as well as explaining options clearly and helping customers make good decisions. For the right person, this position also offers the opportunity to grow into a store management role. Previous management experience is not essential. If you have the technical knowledge, customer skills and ambition to develop further, we will provide the training, guidance and support to help you progress.

Workshop Manager

At Balfe’s it’s all about people. And bikes! It’s the passion, energy and enthusiasm of all of our colleagues throughout the business, which makes Balfe’s a great place to work. Joining Balfe’s means you’ll be working with like-minded people, and you will have opportunities to develop your skills and experience, and plenty of career progression if you want it.

The Workshop Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient and customer-focused operations within the workshop. This position involves direct interaction with customers, handling repairs, giving customers quotes on the spot, and managing repair priorities. The workshop Manager collaborates with colleagues and ensures that mechanics have a full workload. This role combines technical expertise, customer service, and efficient management to maintain a smoothly running workshop.

Experienced Mechanic & Head Mechanic

Wicked Bikes is a busy bicycle workshop and retail space based at Hackney Bridge, a lively canalside destination surrounded by cafés, restaurants and creative businesses. We are a small, friendly team of riders and mechanics who enjoy what we do and take pride in providing reliable, high-quality service to our local cycling community.

We are looking for an experienced mechanic to join our workshop full-time. We are currently recruiting for two levels of the role: Experienced Mechanic and Head Mechanic. Both positions are hands-on and workshop-focused, with the key difference being the level of responsibility within the workshop.

The experienced mechanic role is suited to an experienced mechanic who is confident carrying out a wide range of repairs and servicing to a high standard. You will work independently on a day-to-day basis while being part of a supportive team where experience, reliability and good communication are valued.

The Head Mechanic role is suited to an experienced mechanic who is ready to take on greater responsibility within the workshop. In addition to hands-on mechanical work, you will help support the wider workshop team, maintain high standards of quality and productivity, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the workshop.
