Territory Sales Manager (P&A): Silverfish, Northern England and Scotland

Own your territory. This is your zone, your customers, your business to grow. We want someone who’s got hustle, takes the initiative, and always brings value to the table. That means:
- Living and breathing the market – building relationships, spotting opportunities, making moves.
- Hitting the road – daily retailer visits, strategic territory planning, staff training and turning conversations into sales.
- Showing up where it matters – industry events, expos, and trade shows.
- Boosting sell-through at retail – offering expert guidance and support.
- Keeping the pipeline flowing – managing forecasts and investments like a pro.
- Collaborating with the Silverfish team to smash UK-wide sales goals.
At Silverfish, we work hard and ride harder – so when Friday rolls around, we want someone who’s grabbing their bike and hitting the trails!
Beyond the sales game, we need someone strategic, commercially sharp, and ethically driven – because doing good business matters just as much as doing big business.
