As a Workshop Manager will be responsible for the running and maintaining of an individual Fettle workshop, and ultimately will be accountable for the success and profitability of the workshop itself. You will oversee all touch points throughout the customer journey, ensuring that their team is following processes effectively and efficiently. You will be accountable for all operational aspects of the site, including stock, setup, and security, as well as the performance and development of the mechanics working in this site.
Sales Assistants – Specialized Concept Store / Certini Bicycle Co
We are looking for Retail Sales Assistants who are passionate about excellent customer service and our products. You will have a keen interest in the cycling world and will be someone that enjoys working with the public and can work as part of a team to promote the best customer experience possible. The key objective is to exceed customer expectations. Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, including greeting all customers on entering the shop, assisting in their choice of purchases, processing sales through the till system whilst ensuring accuracy at all times.
You will also: become a product expert in order to provide the level of service required, maintain a professional, positive, helpful, and cheerful attitude at all times, work as part of a team to achieve sales targets and margins by maximising every sales opportunity, ensure feedback from customers is communicated to the store management, attend regular shop meetings and training sessions, as and when required, and assist supervisor/managers with other tasks should they be requested.
The ideal candidate will have: previous face-to-face customer service experience in a retail setting is preferable, a good knowledge of cycling products across a variety of categories, previous experience with a retail POS system is preferable, and an approachable and friendly demeanour.
Mobile Bike Technician (Fleet) – Fettle
We are searching for experienced bike mechanics who are great at communicating, able to deliver first-class repair and maintenance work, and are happy to work across multiple different sites to serve our growing fleet partnerships. The Mobile Fleet Mechanic role is hugely important to us. A role that requires travelling to our clients’ sites, you will be responsible for building great relationships with our partners and carrying out first class bike (and e-bike/cargo bike) repair and maintenance work.
The variety of this role is what sets it apart. You will be working across multiple different fleets, solving all types of problems, and will be in the unique position to become one of the most sought-after type type of bike mechanic – the e-bike expert. Opportunities for growth and progression are aplenty in this role. This is a full-time role, with some weekend work required.
