Sales and Operations Specialist
At Pearson, we share our customers’ passion for cycling and have been dedicated to helping people get out and ride since 1860. Our knowledge and expertise are unmatched, and we are eager to share them. Despite our heritage, we move with the times, sitting at the cutting edge of bicycle innovation.
We are one big family: owners, employees and riders who have kept our relationship with customers as we have grown. We design our bikes to be best in class, seamlessly blending engineering with the latest advancements in materials and technology, and we believe they are the perfect companion for your next ride, be that crossing the Pyrenees or your local club cafe loop. Our customers are part of our family and we treat them as such. Every bike is built to order in our London workshop with care and delivered personally to the door, and our aftersales care reflects our commitment to our customers’ cycling experience.
We are looking for a motivated, customer focused team member to join us across sales, customer service and operations. Half the role is delivering a market leading customer experience: answering enquiries, guiding riders through their buying journey and providing aftersales support. The other half keeps the operation moving: booking stock in and out, running dispatch and hand delivering finished bikes. You will also represent Pearson at selected events, meeting riders and sharing your passion for cycling.
Whether it be for the weekday commute or weekend pursuits, our customers have very different preferences. What they all have in common is a genuine excitement when they’re presented with their cycling products & you are looked upon not just as a representative of The Electric Bike Shop, but a cycling know-it-all.
Your role as Cycle Technician is vital to maintaining our reputation for quality products and service that customers can rely on and trust. As Technician we want you to share our passion for cycling and help every customer to have everything they need to ‘enjoy the ride’. You’ll be comfortable both fixing bicycles and talking to customers. The ideal person loves getting hands-on and is extremely process-driven – you must be able to complete repairs to an exceptional standard in a set amount of time.

Tired of being an unappreciated cog in the corporate machine? Come and join us at Peaty’s and help us build something special. A rider-owned business with a work hard, play hard culture to the core, Peaty’s is growing fast and we’re looking for a Digital & Ecommerce Executive to join our marketing team.
We’re looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about ecommerce and digital. Someone who cares whether an email performs, wants to understand why a campaign worked, notices when something on the website could be better and wants to do something about it.
You’ll already have a good professional understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing, be highly computer literate and comfortable working across websites, email, social media and data. You don’t need to be a specialist in every channel, but you do need to understand how they work and be confident getting stuck into them from day one. Most importantly, we want someone who cares about doing a really good job, enjoys looking at the numbers and wants to keep improving what we do.
Working closely with the Head of Digital & Ecommerce, you’ll help run and develop Peaty’s ecommerce and digital channels day to day. This is a broad, hands-on role covering ecommerce, email marketing, social media, paid media and digital projects. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day delivery, keep our channels running smoothly and help improve how we work as the business grows. There’s plenty of opportunity to develop your skills and grow the role around your strengths.
You’re an experienced bicycle industry professional with a background in e-bike sales and technical knowledge. You’ve got a passion for riding, too. You’re a friendly, approachable person who loves to help customers and get them excited about riding bikes. And you’re ready to take your expertise to the next level—as Retail Operations Manager at FUDGE & SONS..
We’ve got the best products on the market, and we want to make sure our customers are having the best experience possible when they come into our showroom. That’s where you come in: as Retail Operations Manager , your job is to focus on communications throughout the customer’s journey with us—from awareness through purchase follow-up—and ensure that they’re getting the most out of their experience with us. You’ll be maintaining active communications throughout their journey with us by supporting all communication channels (including online and offline), with a prime focus on sales. Success in this role is defined by maintaining active communications throughout the process, with a focus on three distinct phases: Awareness (getting people interested in what we have to offer), Sales (helping riders discover and enjoy our products), Follow-Up (making sure that all goes smoothly after purchase).
