Sunn Bikes reported to have ‘gone into liquidation’

French cycling website VeloVert is reporting that Sunn Bicycles has gone into liquidation.

With a little help from our in-house multi-lingual editor, (Google translate) it appears that the Commercial Court of Toulousse has placed the mountain biking label in liquidation.

Sunn was reportedly facing difficulty this time last year, but the French label re-organised and, after a period of halted production, restarted. VeloVert reports that the firm has since informed its domestic dealers that the brand now ceases to exist and the balance sheet will not allow for another viable attempt at making the brand work.
