The Bike Show Exhibitor Workshop is presented by the Association of Exhibition Organisers’ approved training provider, Answers Training International Ltd.
The cost of the day will be ÂŁ50 per person, which includes lunch and refreshments.
The trainer’s objective is to ensure that by the end of the workshop, participants will have the ability to present and effectively sell their brands and products at exhibitions.
"Whether you are an experienced exhibitor, or a first timer, we strongly suggest you attend the day to help you to make the most out of your investment in this year’s Show," said The Bike Show organiser, Louise Houston.
The workshop includes briefings on pre-show planning, stand staff behaviour and post-show follow-up tips.
The show itself now has 122 exhibitors and the supplier/retailer mix currently stands at 70/30, the reverse of what is has been in previous years, when the show was owned and operated by MBUK’s Future Publishing.
"This is something we have really focused on over the past eight months and are looking to maintain and improve the split between now and the show," said Houston.
"We will continue to have retail in the show because we believe it important that our visitors be able to make on the spot purchases, especially with all the action happening on the features they get inspired and work themselves into a buying frenzy. In addition, previous research has shown they make their purchasing decisions for the season at Show so it is good to have their chosen brands on sale."
