Santini extends partnership with Cycling Australia

Italian cycling clothing brand Santini has today announced the renewal of its exclusive clothing partnership with Cycling Australia.

The collaboration, which has been in place since 2001, is now working on an Australia-based technical project for the upcoming four-year Olympic period.

"The relationship with Cycling Australia represents an important chapter in not only our company history, but also our family history. We are extremely proud to have collaborated with the federation from 2001 up to today," said Monica Santini, Santini managing director. "The main focus of this sponsorship is for the research and development of top-range products, created exclusively for the Elite Australian athletes."

Nicholas Green, Cycling Australia CEO, said, "We’ve had an extremely fruitful 15-year relationship with Santini and look forward to maintaining the momentum through the Gold Coast 2018 and Tokyo 2020. This partnership runs deeper than just the jerseys on the backs of our riders; we see Santini as one of our technological and innovation partners."

In addition to providing the official technical clothing to the National Team and the Cycling Australia HPU (High Performance Unit), Santini will provide casual clothing for the HPU, and uniforms for the support staff and federation officials.
