Saledock has announced a new integration with Belgian Cycling Factory (BCF), giving independent bike retailers a simpler way to access, manage and sell products from BCF’s portfolio directly through their retail system.

The integration connects a retailer’s Belgian Cycling Factory trade account with Saledock, allowing them to browse available products and import the products they want directly into their Saledock catalogue. Product information can then be managed alongside the rest of their inventory and used across both their in-store POS and eCommerce store.

Bring BCF products into your retail system

Belgian Cycling Factory has been focused on the independent bicycle dealer since 1997 and today represents four cycling brands: Ridley, Eddy Merckx, Nukeproof and Aeres. The company is family-owned and operates with a retailer-first approach designed to make it easier for independent dealers to work with its brands.

With the new Saledock integration, retailers can access BCF’s available product catalogue without manually creating product records one by one.

Product descriptions, specifications, and imagery can be brought into Saledock, helping retailers reduce the admin involved in setting up new products and keeping their catalogue up to date.

Once products are imported, retailers can manage them alongside the rest of their inventory and make them available to customers through their Saledock POS and eCommerce store.

Gert Thora, CIO, Belgian Cycling Factory says: “We’re always looking for ways to make life easier for our dealers. Connecting our product range with Saledock gives retailers a simpler way to manage BCF products alongside the rest of their business.”

Less product admin. More time to sell.

For independent bike shops, adding new products can mean a fair amount of repetitive work before an item ever reaches the shop floor or website.

The Saledock and Belgian Cycling Factory integration removes much of that manual setup by bringing supplier product data directly into the retailer’s existing workflow.

Retailers can choose which BCF products they want to import, manage those products alongside their wider catalogue and use the same product information across their retail operation. The integration also provides frequent stock updates to help retailers stay aligned with supplier availability.

Layla Gladwin, Managing Director, Saledock says: “Our partnership with Belgian Cycling Factory gives independent bike retailers using our retail platform Celerant ONE a simpler way to bring BCF products into their existing retail workflow, from product setup through to selling in-store and online.”
