Proviz Sports has expanded its range of cycle kit with a new classic gilet, backpack cover, new compact touring backpack, and updated colour options of the Nightrider 2.0 Jacket.
The new Classic Cycling Gilet, available in men and women’s options, has been introduced for riders going for the classic high-visibility look, complete with Reflect360 trim on the pockets, chest, and shoulders. It is manufactured using a blend of four-way stretch fabrics that combine to give high-spec flexibility, and high levels of waterproofing while maintaining breathability. All this is accomplished with the weight kept low at just 200g.
Launched earlier this year, the Reflect360 Touring Backpack is one of the “most versatile” items from Proviz, it has said. With 20 litre capacity, it is compact for a close fit, and features two compartments and interior pockets. Incorporating Proviz’s Reflect360 reflective material, it also includes a waterproof rain cover.
The Nightrider 2.0 Cycling Jacket has been given an updated colour scheme with the new season upon us, introducing an orange version of the popular jacket. It features a microfleece-lined collar, quick-dry mesh lining, waterproof side pockets and a combination of Reflect360 retro-reflective material and high-spec fluorescent material.
The Classic Waterproof Backpack Cover is brand new to the range of the Proviz cycling kit. Available in two distinct colours, yellow and orange, and suitable for most 35-litre capacity backpacks, the backpack cover is a suitable option for cyclists and walkers alike, Proviz has said. As well as the bright base colour for day-light visibility, there is an extensive reflective patterning for nighttime reflectivity. Elastic binding around the edges ensure it clings effectively to the underside of the backpack, and straps with poppers provide a secure fit.

These products come to market following the launch of Proviz’s first LED360 Bike light collection, including five new bike lights and featuring Samsung technology.
The Nightrider Jacket has an inner linings manufactured from Repreve. The process embeds properties like wicking, adaptive warming, cooling and water repellency. The inclusion of Repreve is part of Proviz’s environmental commitment and encourage its customers to recycle products that have come to the end of their life by posting it to them to recycle in return for a 20% discount code.
