The lucky three this year were Malcolm Fryer of Quest of London, Sean Connaughan of Cycleways Dublin and framebuilder Dave Hinde. They followed the race for a day in a sponsor’s car.
Connaughan liked the racing, but preferred the models.
"He was even getting out at traffic lights and taking his own picture with girls," said Fenton.
