Sturmey Archer promotes launch of 8-speed hub by sponsoring The Hub at BDC expo

"We are delighted to be playing such a central role at Cycle 2003," said Alan Clarke of Sturmey Archer’s European HQ in the Netherlands.

to large numbers of an interested and well informed general public."

Sturmey’s new 8-speed hub features six gears in steps of 13 percent, plus a super-high and

super-low gear.

Also on show will be Sturmey’s S3 and S5 alloy and steel 5-speed internal hub ranges.

Exhibition director of Cycle 2003, Mick Bennett, said:

Cycle 2003 will be held at The Business Design Centre, Islington London, September 24-28th. The first two days will be for the trade and press with a preview evening for the public on the Thursday and then right through from Friday to Sunday
