"We are delighted to be playing such a central role at Cycle 2003," said Alan Clarke of Sturmey Archer’s European HQ in the Netherlands.
"We see it as the ideal opportunity to present our new ranges to both the trade and
to large numbers of an interested and well informed general public."
Sturmey’s new 8-speed hub features six gears in steps of 13 percent, plus a super-high and
super-low gear.
Also on show will be Sturmey’s S3 and S5 alloy and steel 5-speed internal hub ranges.
Exhibition director of Cycle 2003, Mick Bennett, said:
"It’s great to have a company with the pedigree of Sturmey Archer playing such a prominent part in the show and The Hub is sure to be the centre of attention. Visitors will want to see the celebrities and take in the new products that Sturmey Archer has to offer."
Cycle 2003 will be held at The Business Design Centre, Islington London, September 24-28th. The first two days will be for the trade and press with a preview evening for the public on the Thursday and then right through from Friday to Sunday
