Staff writer moves up the ranks for Magicalia title

Dave Arthur in as Bikemagic editor

UK MTB website Bikemagic has announced David Arthur as its new editor.

Arthur has worked on bikemagic.com and sister site roadcyclinguk.com as staff writer for five years and is set to steer the website forward following outgoing editor Mike Davis.

“As well as keeping the wheels turning, I plan to develop regular daily content, as well as introducing some exciting new ideas over the coming months,” Arthur said of his new role. “Mountain biking is in my blood and I have taken part in more off-road events than I care to remember, and am no stranger to pushing limits.”

He added: “Stepping up as editor of bikemagic.com, I am keen to seize the opportunity to push the boundaries of online mountain bike journalism as far as I can.”

Bikemagic unveiled a new look at the end of last year.
