Cycle Republic opens thirteenth shop in Leeds

Cycle Republic has now opened the doors to its thirteenth shop on Infirmary Street, Leeds.

The city, which successfully launched the Tour de France Grand Depart in 2014 and hosts the annual Tour de Yorkshire, is currently utilising significant government funding for city region cycling schemes.

Cycle Republic managing director Peter Kimberley commented that he believes now is the time to fully invest in the Leeds cycling infrastructure by supporting its cyclists with a new store.

The new store will stock a diverse range of bikes, parts and accessories which will cater to both commuter cyclists, casual riders and hardcore enthusiasts, including exclusive ranges from brands such as Italian road cycling brand Basso Bikes.

Peter Kimberley said: “We’re really excited about our new shop opening in Leeds; there is a real buzz about cycling here and a growing cycling community.

“We’re looking forward to introducing the Cycle Republic experience to the local riders. We’re also thrilled that our reward scheme will give us more ways to support cyclists and give access to the best range of bikes in the market.”

The shop will also stock a full range of bikes from brands such as Haibike, Pinarello and Boardman.
