With retailers now able to invite Google’s Street View service in store, BikeBiz Forum users have highlighted what could potentially become a security loophole for would be thieves.

The virtual tours, already in use within the cycle trade, allows the user a 360-degree view inside.

One forum user suggested that the technology will: "let thieves sus out weak spots without physically entering your building."
