Concept store to make comeback at iceBike* 2019

Madison has revealed more details for iceBike* 2019, including the return of the concept store from the 2017 show.

The distributor said the concept store was a “big hit” at the show two years ago, and the decision has been made to bring it back for visitors to pick up some hints and tips on merchandising and store layout.

There are also several seminars confirmed for the show that will tie into the customer experience theme, including some hosted by retail expert Alf Dunbar.

iceBike* veteran Mark O’Dolan will also advise on topics such as visual merchandising, in-store promotions and more, and Park Tool director of education Calvin Jones will be offering his advice on workshop best practice. A full seminar schedule will follow soon.

Madison announced earlier this month that 100%, Cosmo Connected and Flat Tire Defender will make their iceBike* debuts in February, after joining the Madison portfolio last year.

Other brands on show will include Shimano, Park Tool, Elite, Kryptonite, Pearl Izumi, Thule and Garmin.

The show will take place in the third week of February, running from 19th to 21st February at Arena:MK in Milton Keynes.
