Brompton brings back limited BWC edition bike

London-based folding bike brand Brompton has announced the return of its BWC special edition bike.

The 2018 edition of the popular bike is being described as a “celebration of all things racing".

The special edition bike features Union flag colours, with a royal blue rear frame, white main frame and red handlebars, fork and stem – all in a gloss finish. The BWC bike will ship with Kojak tyres, red brake cables, white mudguards and a unique decal and ID plate, which sports a BWC logo and 2018 engraving.

The bike launches alongside Brompton’s BWC bike race, the final of which takes place on 28th July as part of Prudential RideLondon cycling festival. It will see competitors from all over the world race on Bromptons around St James’ Park. 2018 marks the race’s 13th anniversary.

The Brompton BWC bike starts at £1,140 and is available with a ‘S’ handlebar and six gears. The bike is available at selected Brompton Junction and Evans stores.
