Enviolo has opened registration for its 2026/27 Retail Training Series, with the new season set to focus on the upcoming Enviolo Automatic 4 shifting system and higher-torque drivetrain solutions for e-bikes and cargo bikes.
Running from October 2026 to April 2027, the on-site training programme will take place at more than 20 locations across Europe, with sessions planned across the DACH and Benelux regions. BikeBiz has asked Enviolo if there will be any UK locations added to the series.
The brand said the programme will prepare retail partners for its next generation of shifting technology, including Enviolo Automatic 4, which is scheduled for commercial launch in late Q1. Attendees will also receive training on the Trekking V4 hub, rated for 100Nm applications, and the Utility hub, rated for 120Nm cargo and heavy-duty e-bike use.
The Retail Training Series is Enviolo’s official certification programme for retail partners, aimed at mechanics, sales staff and store owners. The training is designed to help shops explain, sell, install and maintain Enviolo systems, with a mix of product theory and hands-on workshop content.
Two formats are available: a half-day Sales Training session and a full-day Sales & Technical Training session. The sales course is aimed at staff with direct customer contact, while the full-day option adds practical installation, maintenance and troubleshooting workshops for mechanics and workshop managers.
Each session will be led by two trainers, with group sizes capped at 25 participants. Enviolo said attendees will leave the training as certified Enviolo experts, equipped to advise customers and support both manual and automatic Enviolo shifting systems.
