Zyro partners Myagi for retail training

Zyro has linked with Myagi, an on demand and virtual training platform that will serve to assist retailers in customer service and sales.

Zyro’s Operations Director Julie Ellison commented: “Zyro is pleased to be working with Myagi to support retailers with their product sales training requirements. By providing an effective and easy accessible training platform for retailers to use and to empower their staff and give them confidence to sell Zyro’s range of market leading brands.”

This signing is a significant step for Myagi in UK cycling. It is the first of several high profile brands and suppliers who are choosing Myagi to increase brand and product knowledge in the industry.

Myagi’s Business Development Manager, Richard Smith commented – “It’s great to have such a well respected company as Zyro as our first multi brand partner in UK Cycling. Zyro are a supplier all of our retailer partners asked to see on the network. With such progressive, iconic brands they really understand the value of multi-channel training programmes to support their dealers. We look forward to working with Zyro, helping them share product training with their dealers nationwide.

Zyro will be launching Myagi at this year’s Cycle Vision Shows – running 19th and 20th of October at Vinopolis, London. The Myagi team will be on hand to demonstrate the system and help dealers sign up during the two day event.
