New look for electric firm's online presence

Wisper stands out from e-bike crowd with brand and web update

Electric bike maker Wisper has spruced up its corporate branding with a new black and white logo, and fresh new website at www.wisperbikes.com.

The new site is aimed at the trade, the media and cycling and e-cycling enthusiasts, featuring general info on the sector, product info, links to Wisper’s social media pages and more.

Wisper co-founder David Miall explained the reasoning behind the refreshed logo and site.

“It is important we continue to stand out from the growing number of e-bike companies and communicate our expertise, quality commitment and standing in the market place through our brand.

“This is why we decided to sharpen up our logo to a distinctive black and white and we are launching our new look website to make our customers feel connected to Wisper and what we stand for.”

Sales in the e-bike sector reportedly broke the one million milestone this year, with expectations that sales will reach three million by 2015.

Miall added: “Our dealers are reporting growing customer numbers visiting their show-rooms who have done their research on the internet. Wisper customers often make their buying decision on the internet, to then seek out their nearest local dealer. Clearly for us to continue to lead the market and introduce new audiences to the appeal of e-cycling, we have to have a strong and clear web presence.”
