Wheelbase has announced the employment of Ian Cation as the new store manager for Wheelbase North-East.
Cation brings with him a wealth of cycling experience to the brand new Wheelbase store having worked in the cycle industry since 1997. Cation has worked in a number of roles within the industry, including positions within many high profile northeast stores.
He is also an accomplished cyclist having taken part in both the PMBA and NDA Enduro Series’ and winning in 2015. On top of his race achievements, Cation is an active trail builder in his local community around Gisburn Forest and has also organised or assisted at many races.
A self-proclaimed all-round cyclist, Cation is looking forward to further developing our store in Darlington with the vision of making it the premier store for everything cycling in the North East.
