Thailand’s Vee Tire Co has named Triton Imports its exclusive UK distributor for its BMX and Fat Bike tyre and tube lines.
Among Vee Rubber’s BMX range is a Cult and Vans collaboration tyre, seen by BikeBiz at the Interbike trade show in mold form. However, being a Cult-branded tyre, this one unit is expected to sell via Seventies Distribution.
Luke Edwards, Triton’s director told BikeBiz: "The range we offer will focus more on BMX race. Tony at Vee has a lot of things in the pipeline. So it’s a pretty exciting time to be getting involved with them."
Tony Degollado of Vee Tire Co said: "We are really happy to be in the UK market with our premier Vee Tire Co brand and are really pleased to be partnered with Triton Imports as our exclusive distributor for our BMX line.”
“It’s great to be representing one of the biggest names in tyres in the UK, Vee Rubber has a wealth of experience in tyre production, and with them producing the new Vee Tire Co brand of product, we are excited to be bringing this technology to the UK rider.” added David Jones of Triton Imports.
First stocks will be arriving around mid November. New and current dealers should contact Triton straight away for more info on pricing and availability.
