Full-time sales consultant – Chevin Cycles Limited

Do you have a passion for customer service excellence and enjoy working in a busy retail environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a keen Sales Consultant to join the team at our award-winning Otley store.

As a sales consultant, in addition to shop-floor sales, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the day to store operations including; providing excellent customer service; processing transactions; dealing with customer queries and understanding product knowledge; checking stock levels and updating our EPOS system; presenting the store to an exceptionally high standard; and assisting with processing deliveries.

MechanicsBalfe’s Bikes

We are recruiting for all mechanics! We are going through a period of workshop expansion within our existing and shortly to be opened further stores and would like to hear from all mechanics. We are keen to hear from people at all stages of their careers within the bicycle industry.

We would like to hear from you if you have a passion for bikes. We have a small number of positions available for apprentices and positions for mechanics to start immediately.

Knowledge of EPOS systems is beneficial, as too is knowledge of the B2Bs. Mostly though, is great customer service, organisation and skills which are developed or can be trained towards workshop par excellence!

Requirements:
– You have joy interacting with people, assisting customers and selling our products
– Experience gained in prior retail jobs is a plus (especially sports retail industry)
– You have a good basic IT knowledge and you are open to learn and work with new systems and software
– You are an enthusiastic cyclist, and you also have some technical knowledge about bikes

Buying and operations assistantExtra UK

Following continued growth at Extra UK, the dedicated bicycle parts and accessories distributor, we are looking for a Buying and Operations Assistant to join our highly motivated team in this key role based at our Head Office in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
– Work with the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of the Operations department.
To manage and monitor stock levels and identifying purchasing needs.
– Work with our suppliers to ensure a continuous flow of product.
– Update internal databases with order details.
– Manage pickups for incoming deliveries.
– Check deliveries against purchase orders to ensure that all materials have arrived intact and in the ordered quantity
