Lightweight releases its first-ever tubeless and gravel-ready wheels

Lightweight has released its first-ever tubeless and gravel-ready wheels.

The Generation Evo collection is comprised of four new disc brake models; the Meilenstein Evo, priced at £4,899; the Fernweg Evo 63 and Evo 85, each priced at £7,319; and the Wegweiser Evo, priced at £3,499.

‘Lightweight’s new Generation Evo represents the evolution of our performance-oriented disc brake wheels, setting new benchmarks in their respective fields of use,” said a statement.

“The new key features of Lightweight’s Generation Evo are a new layer structure, tubeless technology, gravel- and cyclocross-ready (Meilenstein Evo and Wegweiser Evo) and use of special high modular CFRP fibres.

“With these new wheels, the rider benefits from a range of features, [including] unique power transmission, great stiffness values, improved rolling characteristics, unmatched braking performance and higher comfort.”
