Customer service representative – French speaker – Brompton

The main duties are to provide support to customers enquiries and complaints, resolving them within Brompton’s brand values, provide support to dealers, distributors and customers by email, live chat and telephone, assist with the operation of the ecommerce platform, work with other departments to ensure consistent customer service levels across the company, organise collection and dispatch of repair bikes, track turnaround times for queries; co-ordinate this across departments where necessary, updating of warranty database for tracking of warranty trends, attend weekly departmental meetings and factory training sessions when required and represent the company at the Brompton World Championship, industry shows and external events as and where necessary.

Full time salesperson – Giant Dublin

Giant Dublin is looking for a full time salesperson with some mechanical experience to join its growing business. This exciting role is all about helping cyclists find the products they need and get the most out of their bicycles, whether that’s selling a new bike, an impeccable new bike build, servicing for optimal performance or an emergency repair for a commuter. The ideal candidate will have experience working on bikes or within a cycling environment, a commercial outlook, an outgoing personality, be able to prove you can deliver excellent customer service, be enthusiastic about cycling and enjoy working flexibly as we are a team.

Marketing manager – Weldtite Products

Along with the support of the marketing assistant and carefully chosen agencies, the successful candidate will be focused and determined in driving marketing agenda forward. The role offers considerable scope for autonomy and creativity. You must have strong planning, copywriting and communication skills and be comfortable building relationships with key media personnel in the cycling markets globally. Ideally, you will already have a demonstrable network within some of these areas. Good internal relationships with key stakeholders in sales, product development and production teams will also be key to success.

Senior workshop mechanic – Giant York

The ability to deliver exceptional service is essential and you must have experience in a customer-facing role. You must have at least Cytech Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) and it is an advantage to have workshop experience and a comprehensive knowledge of current technology from hydraulic disc brakes to electronic gears. You will need to be able to work independently, efficiently and with excellent time management. As you will be joining a small team, there will be some retail work involved in the job as well from time to time. Attention to detail and sharing our customers’ pride in their bikes is crucial, from high-end performance bikes to the everyday. An aptitude for systems and following processes is desirable, although full training will be given.

Retail assistant, New Zealand – Evolution Cycles

Whilst the retail sales assistant is responsible for the day to day running of the store, customer service and taking sales, you must equally feel comfortable helping build stock for shop floor, cleaning the store and undertaking basic bike repairs. Day to day you will be responsible for the opening and closing of the store, making store presentable for the day ahead, actively promoting and selling Evolution Cycles products and services, ordering stock from suppliers for the store and customer orders, providing friendly and helpful service to customers in-store and on the phone/email, building bikes for customer collects and for floor stock, completing sales in the system and maintaining a safe and tidy workspace.
