Internal sales – Silverfish
This role will be one of the key links between Silverfish and its customers and will involve all aspects of sales and general customer support. The role will be office-based and will be responsible for taking and processing sales orders, managing existing sales accounts and also making direct sales calls to our dealer network. The successful candidate will be a capable salesperson but also capable of working to robust processes and procedures.

Credit controller – Giant Bicycles
As credit controller, you will build and maintain excellent, long-standing relationships with all Giant partners, which is paramount to the business. You will ensure the smooth running of all dealer accounts and the timely payment of credit. This will include debt recovery, making informed decisions regarding payment plans and the supply of goods or, undertaking legal action where necessary; potentially dealing with bankrupt businesses when negotiating the recovery of funds or stock. 

Head of e-commerce – ZyroFisher
Reporting to the group sales director, the head of e-commerce will lead and implement the company’s e-commerce strategy across B2B and B2C platforms. Working closely with various senior stakeholders you will refine the e-commerce strategy to drive sales and optimise user engagement through the use of created, commissioned and brand provided digital content.

Full-time sales assistant – Biketreks
Biketreks is seeking a full-time sales assistant for its Ings store based in the Lake District. Previous retail experience is preferred although it need not be in cycle retail, and there’ll be no demand on you to work within a workshop environment. Key requirements: the desire to meet targets within a growing and developing business, and being able to take on the challenge of a multi-channel role within the business.

Area account manager – Raleigh UK
Raleigh is looking for an area account manager for the North East and Cumbria to help drive forward its sales to the independent retail sector. Key requirements: 
– A strong Account Management track record
– A detailed and up-to-date knowledge of the independent retailers in the area
– A results-oriented and independent outlook focused on securing, retaining and growing a profitable account base
