Tomcat Special Needs Innovations Ltd has appointed Chris Watts as an Assessor, working on a self-employed basis.

Chris brings over 10 years’ experience as an inclusive cycling facilitator and trainer, most recently with Wheels for All, where he developed partnerships and led programmes to improve access to cycling within local communities.

He has an established relationship with Tomcat, having supported product innovation and testing, including contributing to the launch of the Tomcat Dragon, now widely used across cycle centres in the UK.

A lifelong cyclist, Chris is passionate about the role cycling plays in supporting independence, health, and everyday mobility. He has a particular focus on helping adults remain active as they get older, aligning with Tomcat’s growing adult offering.

Watts spoke of his appointment:

“I am delighted to be working with Tomcat as an independent assessor, building on a strong relationship with the company established over recent years from my time at Wheels for All.”

Based in Gloucestershire, Chris has strong links across the Midlands and North-West and will support Tomcat’s assessment-led work across the UK.
