Enigma Bicycle Works has been based in Hailsham, East Sussex, for more than 20 years. For over a decade, our successful in-house paint facility has earned an enviable reputation for producing finishes of the highest calibre. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we now have a fully equipped paint shop without an experienced painter. We are offering the paint shop to an experienced freelance bicycle frame painter who works to the highest standards. The lease can be structured in either of two ways: Commercial tenancy: operate as an independent tenant on standard commercial terms. Preferred contractor arrangement: pay a lower rent in return for prioritising Enigma work.
The arrangement includes sole use of our large, fully equipped down-draught spray booth and paint-mixing room. The booth is fully certified, HSE compliant, and legally set up for hazardous-waste disposal. Professional equipment is also provided, including: Spray guns, Media blast cabinet, Compressor, Breathing airlines and Curing oven.
