Customer Support Advisor

Due to internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a dynamic company in the Bicycle Industry, based in the centre of Leeds. Restrap is a leading manufacturer of bicycle luggage, everything is made in house by our skilled and dedicated team Our connection to our customers is paramount and we are looking for an experienced customer support person to join us.

This is a varied role, including front desk and administrative tasks and some shipping duties. You will be playing a vital role as the point of contact for customer support enquiries and an in-depth knowledge of bicycles, alongside experience in the bike industry, is essential.

Duties for the customer support role include receiving and resolving customer enquiries via telephone and email. Respond to customer enquiries on our social media platforms. Book in and process returns, repairs and catalogue samples by liaising with the production department. Provide customer support for our overseas sales and liaise with their distribution teams.

Creative & Digital Content Coordinator 

We are looking for a creative, detail-focused person to support the development and delivery of visual content across the brand. This role involves hands-on work in graphic design, product photography, video creation, and maintaining digital content across websites and online sales platforms.

You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager and Brand Communications Manager to ensure the brand is consistent in its presentation and visually engaging across all customer touchpoints.

Key skills for this role include an interest and knowledge of cycling and/or bikepacking. Strong eye for design and visual detail. Familiarity with Mac OS & Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Basic photography and studio lighting knowledge. Ability to edit simple video content (Premiere Pro). Confident working with CMS/e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Odoo, WordPress). Organised, accurate, and comfortable managing content and product information. Awareness of UX and basic SEO principles
