Brand & Visitor Experience Lead
Dyfi Bike Park was founded by five people with one ambitious goal: to create one of the world’s best riding destinations. Today, riders travel from across the UK and around the world to experience the trails, the atmosphere and the community that make Dyfi so special.
At the heart of that journey is Dan Atherton, whose passion for progression, trail design and rider experience continues to shape everything we build. Alongside Dan, the wider founding team continues to grow the business, build industry partnerships and drive the next chapter of Dyfi Bike Park. Now we’re looking for someone to help tell that story. Not from behind a desk. From the middle of it.
As our Brand & Visitor Experience Lead, you’ll become the guardian of the Dyfi Bike Park brand and one of the key people responsible for how visitors experience it. You’ll work directly alongside the founders to ensure the experience people see online genuinely reflects the experience they have when they visit. Some days you’ll be filming a fresh trail update. Some days you’ll be planning campaigns with our marketing agency.
You might be welcoming industry partners, supporting a coaching camp, creating content with our photographer, leading the park as Duty Manager on a busy Saturday or chatting with riders over coffee and spotting the next great story.

Fully Charged is proud to have been voted Micromobility Retailer of the Year for two consecutive years at the prestigious BikeBiz Awards.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience as a bicycle or eBike mechanic and be passionate about delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service. You’ll be someone who enjoys solving technical problems, takes pride in your work and wants to become part of a close-knit team with an excellent culture. Just as importantly, you’ll be comfortable speaking with customers, writing professional emails and representing the Fully Charged brand.
Velo Edge is the North-West’s premier cycle store, based in Alderley Edge, Cheshire. Offering a selection of the best bikes in the pro-peloton, professional bike-fitting trusted by WorldTour pros, a hand-picked selection of high-performance apparel and of course, great coffee. We are set in the perfect location between the Cheshire plains and the Peak District.
Velo Edge is recruiting for a Service Manager to take sole charge of our workshop. You will be responsible for all builds, repairs and servicing, from start to finish. You will also support our in-house bike fitting team with component changes and more complex positional adjustments as required.
This is a standalone role. You will own the workshop from the moment a bike comes through the door to the moment it rolls back out ready to ride, whether that’s a new rider’s entry-level bike or a WorldTour-spec build headed for the pro peloton. We stock Specialized, S-Works, BMC, Cannondale, Argon 18, ENVE, Parlee and AURUM – the standard of bikes is high, and the standard of work leaving our workshop must match it. Anything less than immaculate doesn’t go out the door.
You will work downstairs in our fully equipped workshop, with the shop and café upstairs. Being involved in making the occasional flat white or helping a customer find a jersey is all part of the team effort.
Whether it be for the weekday commute or weekend pursuits, our customers have very different preferences. What they all have in common is a genuine excitement when they’re presented with their cycling products & you are looked upon not just as a representative of The Electric Bike Shop, but a cycling know-it-all.
As a Sales Assistant, you are the face of our brand, and a key part of our business success. We want you to share our passion for cycling and help every customer to have everything they need to ‘enjoy the ride’. You will achieve this through amazing customer service. You’ll be very approachable and be able to demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to commute with customers who have varying levels of cycling experience.
You will be assisting your team in serving customers in the store and over the phone, carrying out technical handovers, managing deliveries and carrying out sales administration. You’ll solution focused, flexible and able to work on your own initiative – a can-do attitude is an absolute must.
