Managing mechanics schedule and training needs. Helping on-site, when required. Quality control of work completed for customers. Documenting processes and helping recruit and manage regional mobile mechanics.
Mountain Bike Suspension Technician
TF Tuned is the UK’s leading independent mountain bike suspension servicing business. We are currently looking for a Trainee Technician to join our busy team at our workshop in Westbury, Wiltshire. Ideally you will have some experience in a workshop setting and/or in the bicycle industry and you will be an active, passionate mountain biker! Your enthusiasm and a willingness to learn is more important than previous suspension fettling experience.

As a mobile ebike / Cargo mechanic at Zelo (www.zelobike.co.uk), your responsibilities will include servicing and repairing cargo bikes such as EAVs, VOK, Urban Arrow, etc., at client sites across the London area. Providing hands-on repairs and servicing for e-bikes and bicycles in our shops and pop-up workshops. Dealing with customer queries and offering technical support. Maintaining flexibility in work location and adapting to varied conditions.

We are looking for a highly-skilled candidate who can demonstrate the following. Bicycle, e-bike, cargo mechanic skills. Some car/motorcycle mechanic experience. Excellent mechanical skills, patience, attention to detail, and time management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable with riding e-cargo bikes in London. UK Driving licence. Availability to work on weekends and in varied conditions.
