Sunderland bike shop owners ride to their holiday home … in Turkey

Ian and Caz Watson, owners of Cycleworld in Sunderland, started riding from Sunderland to Turkey at the start of June – they’re now in Greece. The ride is raising funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. The destination is Dalyan, where "Mr and Mrs Cycleworld" have a holiday home.

The pair are riding Giant Toughroad 29er MTB touring bikes equipped with Altura Sonic panniers.

You can follow their adventures on the Sunderland to Sofra blog. (Sofra is the name of their favourite bar in Dalyan.)

Donations can be made in-store or via Just Giving.
