Two Suffolk businessmen have just launched Aspire Cycles, a new road bike brand that they believe will be truly unique in the growing cycling market.
Offering the opportunity to select frame type from fifteen designs, paint it one of twenty-four colours, and even choose the finish from matte or gloss, even components can be selected from world-leading brands – the combination equates to one million potential finishes. Aspire Cycles makes this easy online Bike Builder tool. Aspire Cycles’ new range consists of four high-modulus carbon race-ready road bikes ranging in size from XS to XL – all are fully customisable.
Jason Battle is known for his business performancecoaching.me, which trains many athletes locally and nationally. Having competed for the GB AG team in triathlon himself, Battle is excited about the new venture: "We wanted to offer riders of all levels something very different from an off-the-shelf bike. With the option of a personal build consultation and the ability to come ride one of our demo cycles, Aspire Cycles allows you to build the perfect machine for you."
Business partner Jamie Warner is also a keen sportsman; he understands the importance of personalisation as managing director of his team sportswear brand STC Teamwear.
Warner commented: "Cycling is a competitive place, everyone wants to have the lightest or the fastest bike, and ultimately it’s got to look good. Aspire Cycles is all about ‘your bike – your way’."
With a well-equipped HQ and workshop in Suffolk, Aspire Cycles is inviting riders to come and test out the bikes over coffee and cake, and to attend a launch barbeque on Saturday, July 9th. Interested parties should contact Aspire directly for further information.
