Following 7ANNA’s bankruptcy filing, it’s been announced that Storm Riders, a company affiliated with Polish bicycle manufacturer STORM, has finalised the acquisition of 7ANNA’s assets, signing the notarial deed that concludes the acquisition process.
The news details that Rondo, NS Bikes, and Creme brands will not only survive, but are entering a new chapter. The key team responsible for product development stays on and retains full autonomy in shaping the brands’ character and creating exceptional products.
“This isn’t an acquisition after which the brands lose their identity. Rondo stays Rondo, NS stays NS — with the same people, the same passion, and the same approach to riding that has built their position throughout the years. What we bring is stability, production scale, and business infrastructure that will let these brands grow faster than they could on their own,” says Adam ZiÄ™tek, owner of STORM.
A significant aspect of the deal is the transfer of Rondo, NS Bikes, and Creme production to the STORM group’s own factory. Full control over scheduling and component availability are the factors driving more competitive prices and predictable delivery times.
According to STORM, by combining their experience in kids’, city, trekking, and electric bikes with Rondo’s position in premium gravel, NS Bikes’ standing in gravity sports, and Creme’s presence in the urban segment creates one of the broadest product ranges on the Polish market. By bringing four brands together, a ‘player with unique business-scaling capabilities emerges on the Polish market.’
For existing owners of bikes from the 7ANNA family of brands, the new owner will make every effort to find service solutions for bikes already on the market — including preferential pricing on replacement parts and individual reviews of every claim. Meanwhile, bikes sold by Storm Riders from now on are covered by a full warranty, including a lifetime warranty on the frame and fork.
