StoneEdge seeks UK and US distributors

"Our philosophy is to design original parts strong but also light," said Chris Baumgartner of StoneEdge.

The company is based in Toulouse, with the components and frames made in Taiwan.

"The growing demand for our products from Europe to Canada and Asia allows us to offer a FOB Taiwan pricelist with low prices in US dollars," said Baumgartner.

StoneEdge produces alu frames and handlebars and and ti headsets and spacers. In 2006, the company will add a seatpost and a soft-tail slalom frame.
