Sram Red WiFLi 10-speed derailleur recalled

Sram has issued a voluntary recall on all ten-speed Red WiFLi rear derailleurs with serial numbers between 31T2000000 and 11T39999999.

With an issue identified on medium cage units, there is a possibility that the derailleur parallelogram will jam and no longer shift.

Serail numbers are located on the rear of derailleurs as shown in the below picture.

Any dealer with a Sram Red ten-speed medium rear derailleur installed on a bicycle as part of a groupset within the indicated serial number range can exchange these derailleurs with their local Sram DSD, TechCenter or Sram Distributor. Return of the existing derailleur would be required, replacements would be shipped with a SRAM 1091R.
