Action sports distributor Ultra Sport Europe has announced a partnership with Smith Bike and Optics.
Neil Thomas, Bike Brand Manager for Ultra Sport commented “Smith were recently recognised as the number one winter-sports helmet and goggle brand in the US. The bike range is equally as strong, across both helmets and eyewear, which the British cycling market can definitely benefit from. On top of great product, pricing is reduced and we can offer improved margins.”
The Forefront helmet (RRP: £149.99) is one of the highlights of the Smith Bike range, designed for all-mountain riding or racing. A full coverage helmet with Aerocore construction featuring Koroyd creates a low volume helmet with ventilated protection that fully integrates with sunglasses, goggles, lights or POV cameras. The helmet is available with MIPS (RRP: £169.99) in select colours.
Ultra Sport Europe expects Smith to mesh well with its current drive in urban, lifestyle and road cycling safety, while allowing it to expand into the still growing sport cycling market.
