Saddleback signs up 3T

3T is to be distributed in UK and Ireland by Saddleback from the start of August.

The Italian brand will join the same stable as Castelli, Chris King and Sidi to coincide with a planned launch of an updated component range and a new road frameset.

Saddleback already represent a broad range of performance products and have managed to land the rights to 3T as it undergoes a renaissance under the ownership of René Wiertz and Cervelo founder Gerard Vroomen. In recent years 3T have made significant changes to tri bar design with the reverse bullhorn Revo and made a real impact in gravel-riding with their Exploro.

The Saddleback House Show on 12 -14 September will be an opportunity to showcase 3T’s technical products such as the Zero25 seatpost, Revo aerobar and their new Exploro and Strada framesets .

Born in Turin in 1961, 3T components have been associated with some of the world’s best riders and events. Today the brand supports BMC Racing Team as well as the international Pewag Racing Team in triathlon.

“We couldn’t be happier that 3T has chosen to partner with us and look forward to working closely with the 3T team as the brand enters an exciting new phase of product launches and development,” said Richard Mardle, Saddleback’s brand director.
