Rouleur Live 2025 will host the third iteration of The Road: Ahead 2025 – a live panel discussion exploring a range of topics of the day.
This Friday, Nov 14, at 10:00 am, Matteo Cassina, Executive Chairman, Gruppo Media (Publisher of Rouleur), will host The Road : Ahead – a candid discussion about the state and direction of the cycling industry.
About the session
In 2025, instead of looking outside for answers, Matteo and team have brought three of the most respected industry leaders to the stage — each representing a different face of modern cycling: performance bikes, digital platforms, and design innovation.
Together, the panel and attending audience will explore how the industry is navigating post-boom turbulence, shifting capital pressures, and global opportunities, with an eye on what lies ahead.
Key themes
- Riding the Wave: lessons from the boom, the bust, and rebuilding teams and culture
- Private Equity & Growth: balancing capital, governance, and entrepreneurship
- The Industry Reset: redefining profitability, scale, and collaboration across the value chain
- China: The Next Frontier: risk, opportunity, and the evolving global landscape
