British brand Ribble Cycles has opened the doors to its new flagship showroom, which is located in the Birmingham Mailbox shopping centre.
The new permanent showroom will play host to Ribble’s new 2017 bike range including the brand new Ultimate SL, reworked R872 and the popular Sportive Racing.
Customers visiting the Mailbox showroom can see Ribble’s award-winning online-only bikes up close and personal, whilst also taking advantage of expert knowledge from Ribble’s trained staff who can assist with their bike requirements. A specially made bike rig will enable visitors to try any model or size of Ribble bikes.
Staff will also take customers through Ribble’s updated bike builder platform; this is a service that allows customers to spec their perfect bike to exacting requirements. In-store service and advice points allow access to Ribble’s entire catalogue. Orders placed in the showroom will be delivered either via click-and-collect to the show room or a home address.
CEO of Ribble Cycles Jon Owen commented: "After the success of our exciting pop-up showroom initiative in Cardiff, we’re delighted to open a permanent showroom in Birmingham’s Mailbox. It’s a brilliant and high-quality central destination for the UK."
