Rapha has broadened its horizons once again, this time introducing a chamois cream, embrocation and soap. Further down the line a shaving cream, lip balm and sunscreen are to follow.
All products are handmade in the UK and are said to be inspired by the fragrances of Mont Ventoux – notably the atlas cedar, lavender, pine, rosemary and lemon.
At £20 a 125ml pot, the winter embrocation is designed to "not only helps give you vital headspace ahead of a long ride but the massaging action loosens muscles and helps release antioxidants,” say Rapha. The blend contains arnica, essential oils, vitamin E and beeswax.
The chamois cream has been produced with feedback from team riders who’ve tackled 100 days in the saddle using the £15 olive-based cream.
Soap is also available for £7 a block.
