Rapha expands eyewear collection with three new styles

Rapha has introduced its latest eyewear with three new designs focused on enhancing performance and providing optimal clarity in a variety of conditions.

The new styles in the collection – Reis, Letras, and Dalton – are named after iconic cycling destinations. Each features a performance frame designed for training, racing, and exploring, offering cyclists a combination of style and functionality.

All three feature proprietary lens technology, anti-fog and anti-scratch finishes on the lenses, as well as hydrophobic lens coating for wet conditions.

Frames made with bio-based content are said to reflect Rapha’s commitment to sustainability. Additionally, Megol arm and nose grippers ensure stability and grip, even in wet weather.

The Reis, named after Mallorca’s most famous cycling climb ‘Coll Dels Reis’ – popularly known as Sa Calobra – offers a half-framed design for a stable fit. Interchangeable one-piece lenses, provide protection from UV rays, whilst also ensuring adaptability to various riding conditions, making them an ideal choice for training and racing.

For riders seeking lightweight, frameless eyewear, the Letras – named after ‘Alto de Letras’, the gargantuan mountain pass in the Northern Andes – features a freeform shield lens and strategically placed ventilation.

A proprietary contrast-enhancing lens technology adapts to variations in terrain and light conditions.

The Dalton – named after The Dalton Highway, a remote and rugged artery through the Arctic wilderness of Alaska, USA – has been designed with the full spectrum of riding and adventure conditions in mind, with interchangeable lenses catering to every situation.

Contrast-enhancing lens technology enhances clarity and hazard perception for wearers, whilst the wrapped design protects the eyes and extends the field of vision. Finally, a removable, adjustable, neck strap adds convenience and flexibility.

Each of the three styles is available in four lens tint options, all optimised for different light conditions. From the grey low light of pre-dawn to the dazzling noon in the high mountains, cyclists can choose the perfect lens tint to enhance their riding experience.

Available to purchase on rapha.cc and in Rapha Clubhouses globally.
