Pon.Bike UK has announced a major expansion to its commercial operations, introducing three new Account Managers, a newly formed Cannondale sales team, and a key internal promotion to bolster service levels across its UK dealer network.
Terry Rolleston steps into the newly created position of Strategic Account Manager, focusing on key retailer partnerships and driving long-term commercial growth across the portfolio. Taking over Rolleston’s former territory, James Booth joins Pon.Bike UK as Southern Account Manager for Santa Cruz, Cervélo, Reserve Wheels, and OneUp Components and Nimbl shoes.
To support the addition of Cannondale to the UK brand roster, Pon.Bike UK has formally launched a dedicated Cannondale sales team. Heading up the brand’s regional field operations are Gregor Wilson, who takes on the role of Northern Account Manager for Cannondale, and Aaron Creamer, who steps into the Southern Account Manager position.
Phil Midgley, Commercial Director at Pon.Bike UK, highlighted the strategic importance of the restructure:
“We are thrilled to welcome Gregor, Aaron, and James to the team, and to see Terry step into his new strategic role. Establishing a dedicated Cannondale sales team alongside strengthening our core brand territory coverage represents a direct investment in our retail partners. These appointments significantly increase our field presence, allowing us to elevate our service levels, deepen brand engagement, and deliver unrivalled day-to-day support to independent bicycle dealers across the UK.”
These new appointments take Pon.Bike’s UK external sales presence to 7 account managers, with an additional 2 internal sales, Jim and Sam, supporting.

The new appointments and structural updates take effect immediately, reinforcing Pon.Bike UK’s commitment to delivering premium commercial service across its complete brand portfolio.
