Customers can now receive a bike fit voucher, along with a free exchange for any parts or components – any bar & stem changes recommended during the fitting can be exchanged free of charge within 30 days of customers receiving their bike.
As part of its commitment to making Pearson Cycles more accessible nationwide, the brand, which prioritises rider experience, has formed an official partnership with The Bike Fitters, a UK-based mobile bike fitting service founded by Simon Foy.
This collaboration is said to “offer customers the convenience of professional bike fitting services at their home or any location of their choice, ensuring their new bike is perfectly tailored for optimal comfort, performance, and efficiency”.
Customers can schedule their bike fit either before or after their new bike is delivered, with the option to choose between their preferred fitter or Pearson’s recommended partner, The Bike Fitters™. This approach guarantees a truly personalised fitting experience, tailored to each rider’s unique needs.
