Distributor ramps up online offering for dealers and directs consumers to retailers via Google Maps

Paligap unveils new look website

Paligap has launched a new look website at www.paligap.cc.

The user-friendly site has been designed as another tool for dealers to ensure they have the info they need – including stock levels and product news. Existing dealers can logo in via the POLO link in the top right-hand corner, while new dealers can apply for an account online at the base of the page.

The site will also offer something for consumers and will direct them to their nearest dealer via Google Maps.

“We have been investing a lot of time and effort to ensure our dealers have the tools they need,” commented Paligap MD David Lane. “The website is the first of many exciting projects we have underway. These projects will ensure Paligap is a force to be reckoned with within the cycle industry.“

Features of the new site include:

-Brand new look and feel with a new user friendly layout.

-New Dynamic Menu System: At the heart of the new site is a brand new menu system that automatically shows results by category depending on your search or selections. Items are now easier to find with search refinements for three levels of categories, by brand and by price range, these are easily added or removed making navigation a quick and simple process.

-Items are now grouped together so they are easier to see and find. Sizes and colour options are clearly displayed for each item making it easier to select the exact one required.

-Display Search results in Price, Description or Brand order and jump between categories with the top Navigation Bar.

-Simple Stock Levels: The site shows what’s in stock, and if not then the next date it’s available.

-If dealers are used to using product codes then the search bar will find the item whether using a whole product code or even part of a product code.

-For authorised dealers the brand new Dealer Locator makes it easier to find dealers for specific brands. This is now integrated with Google Maps so dealers can easily be found by consumers.
