Noon was deadline for cycling’s chance for £50m

Online and telephone voting in The People’s Million’s £50m lottery giveaway finished today at noon.

Sustrans’ Connect2 could improve cycling facilities in 79 locations in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Connect2 is up against three England-only projects.

ITV’s People’s Million’s series has a YouTube channel. If the YouTube video views are representative of online and telephone voting, the Sustrans walking-and-cycling project should be announced the winner on Wednesday.
