Niner goes dealer-direct in Germany and Austria

Niner products will now ship directly to retailers in Germany and Austria with support from Matthias DePauwe. Niner also has new distribution partners in Norway, Switzerland, and Poland.

The US company is also opening a distribution centre in the Netherlands, located near the German border.

“Niner is strengthening its support for our IBD and distributor network and we’re excited to expand our footprint in Europe,” said Chris Sugai, Niner president. “This initiative will give our European partners better service and better margins, and it gives our company a great platform for future growth in global markets.”

Jeff Young, Niner’s VP of global sales, added: “Today’s market demands superior service for distributors, dealers, and riders. With this effort, we aim to improve speed-to-market, while offering competitive VAT-inclusive pricing, that improves our dealer margins. Our new sales team and distributors can then focus on delivering Niner’s brand story, while offering an improved service level to riders internationally.”

Niner’s international sales manager Brian Mazanti continues to support European distributors.
