Factor Bikes has launched the ONE SP, a time trial and triathlon configuration based on its ONE road platform.

Described as a “Speed Package”, the ONE SP uses the existing ONE frame and wide-stance bayonet fork with the new ONE SP Bar to give riders the forward, compact position required for racing against the clock.

The high-modulus carbon cockpit attaches directly to the fork head through a four-bolt interface. Riders can add an optional 10mm of stack at the bar attachment, while the extensions provide up to 35mm of additional stack in 5mm increments, alongside reach, width and rotation adjustment.

The front end also includes a between-the-arms accessory holder and a dedicated Black Inc computer mount compatible with Garmin and Wahoo devices. Fully internal cable routing supports electronic groupsets and hydraulic disc brakes.

Factor said the bike builds on the computational fluid dynamics and wind-tunnel work used to develop the ONE. The company’s engineers assessed the interaction between the fork, head tube, front end, rider and airflow, with the ONE SP applying that architecture to sustained high-speed efforts.

The configuration was raced in the individual time trial at the 2026 Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift and by Factor athletes at the Ironman 70.3 World Championship in Nice. Factor highlighted the bike’s low weight and handling as advantages on courses combining climbing, technical descents and aerodynamic sections.

The ONE SP retains clearance for tyres up to 34mm and has an adjustable front derailleur mount for race-specific gearing. It is compatible with electronic SRAM, Shimano and Campagnolo groupsets, and also features a T47A internal threaded bottom bracket, a bottom-bracket-mounted Di2 battery and Factor’s Mini-UDH derailleur hanger.

The Factor ONE SP is available in Chrome, Onyx Black, Nimbus Grey and Silverstone, in sizes 47cm to 58cm. UK pricing starts at £7,199 including VAT for the Premium Package. Builds with Black Inc BI62 wheels and SRAM Force with a power meter cost £11,299, while the SRAM Red power-meter build is £13,099.

The bike is available through selected Factor retailers and the brand’s website.
