Peter Eland's Electric Bike magazine boosted by 6000-copy free distribution drop via Raleigh dealers

New e-bike mag bags bulk copy deal

Electric Bike magazine, the new publication from Peter Eland, publisher of Velo Vision, has struck a deal with Raleigh UK which will see the magazine distributed via 60+ Raleigh dealers across the UK. These 60+ specialise in e-bikes.

The magazine, aimed particularly at newcomers to electric bikes, is also to be distributed free via the internet, through participating dealers and advertisers, and to the subscriber base of Velo Vision. The first issue will be out at the end of the month.

Peter Eland said: “We already have many of the biggest names in UK electric cycling signed up as advertisers, and it’s brilliant to have Raleigh on board too with their great cycling heritage and extensive dealer network.

"Dealers are vital to a quality customer experience with any bike, but perhaps even more so with electric bikes.

"This deal brings our initial print run up to the 10,000 mark, with many more readers expected for the free online edition.

Raleigh UK’s e-bike Development Manager Lloyd Clarkson said: “We’re looking forward to working with Electric Bike magazine to grow the market. An electric bike magazine will be a great thing for the industry as a whole, and it’s a real opportunity for us to communicate just how serious Raleigh is by taking a lead in electric cycling”
